Back in the Days With inspiration from the images of black life in the Deep South portrayed in photojournalist Leonard Freed`s book, BLACK IN WHITE AMERICA, Jamel Shabazz took to the streets armed with a Kodak 110 Instamatic camera in the early 1980s. His hobby rapidly grew into a chronicle of 1980s Brooklyn street life adidas attitude metro sneaker and fashion.
